Through their account, they can submit and monitor claims, request pre-authorization for treatments, access their membership card and insurance documents, and contact us through their preferred channel of choice —phone, email, or chat. For enhanced security, they can log in using a passcode, fingerprint, or Face ID, ensuring their information is protected.
- Paying for health care has never been easier. We manage direct settlements with our network of providers, eliminating upfront treatment costs. Plus, our UnitedHealthcare Global Care Card is tailored for international assignees, making it easy to cover out-of-pocket health care expenses with a simple swipe.
